Biography September was born in a pack where status was everything. Alphas rarely acknowledged betas and didn't waste time socializing with omegas, Betas sucked up to Alphas whilst beating down omegas and omegas didn't dare fight back, instead they bowed down to live another day.
Despite being a alpha himself he often found himself feeling foolish and out of place. He was blind to status scents and stressed each waking moment to fit in with his peers. Often times he found himself chatting harmlessly with his lowers desite it being extremely frowned apon.
"September!" A vicious snarl snapped September's attention away from the scrawny looking she wolf he had been chatting with a moment before. He knew this snarl quite well by now, it was the snarl of his grandmother, Jersey. She was a petite auburn wolf with graying tips. "Fratanizing with a beta again! You know pups like yourself aren't allowed to talk to anyone of such status! Shame on you!" She hissed, September lowered his head in guilt, but not shame. She scooped him up the best she could by the scruff which at his age caused him to scrape the ground, and dragged him towards his den.
Once they reached the threshold it began. His grandmother released his scruff and September shrunk back as Jersey began talking. "Your son is at it again! What will the rest of the valley think of us if they see him, a pure bred alpha hanging around a- a- dirty beta! Or worse a omega! You know he's done it before, he's going to destroy our name! The deer are probably laughing!" She ranted. His mother Dawn, who was currently nursing his new little brother and sister, was a tan shewolf with the most lovley blue eyes wich she had so graciously passed down to her son pinned her ears back and glanced at his father, a spotted rust colored male. He stood up with a heavy sigh and walked to his son.
"I think me and you should take a walk Son." He said in a tired tone before breezing past his son not even looking back to make sure he was following. September gave his mom a look who was still partially listening to his grandmother rant. She gave him a gesture to follow his father while she delt with her mother in law. September turned and hurried to follow his father. After a good bit of walking in silence they came to a cliff with a amazing view. The world stretched so much farther then he had ever thought. After a moment his father began talking.
"Son. I don't get it, you live a life of privilege and respect. Nothing is hard or will ever be hard for you. You will never know what a empty stomach feels like and just like me and your mother a mate will be picked for you. You will never know the struggle of 'love'it will be given to you. You will never have to deal with a true struggle in your damn life as long as you follow one very simple rule. Dont talk to your lowers. It's not that hard." He said blankly, September gazed at his father's emotionless expression and realized he had never seen his dad show anything. He was like a shell, nothing truly made him mad and nothing truly made him happy.
"But why?" September asked confused, he loved his father so much but it never felt like he truly reimbursed it. Like he never truly could. His father narrowed his eyes as if that whole speech was supposed to be the end of it.
"Because they are below us September."
"But why?" This time there was a huff of annoyance.
"They are dirty, no good dogs and would be quick to turn on you for a bone. They have no loyalty." He stated.
"How do you know?" September pushed.
"September I will not argue with you. If you can not follow the rules then look out there." His dad growled then motioned to the land beyond the valley. "That is a place for wolves that are below all ranks. They have no obedience and no discipline. Even Omegas follow the rules September. If you can not, then that is where you belong." His father stated before calmly turing around. September stared after his dad thinking. He didn't truly get a answer about why others were below them. If it really was just about the rules couldn't they just changed them? He had never seen his father socialize with anyone but a alpha. How would he know they were untrustworthy?
"If being a alpha means being bitter and sad then I don't want to be one. Maybe your right. Maybe that is where I belong." September growled. His father stopped and glanced back with peirceing amber eyes.
"Then goodbye my son." He said before continuing on the path he was on. For a moment September wanted to chase after him but quickly caught himself and turned around. He was ready for a new life. One with fun and equality.
