| Moonfall that is so relatable. before i started treatment for my insomnia i was having constant nightmares and waking up exhausted despite "sleeping" a similar amount, i wasn't getting enough uninterrupted sleep thanks to the nightmares :/ if my thoughts seem scattered i have serious brain fog, sorry |

| Caol, yeah, I'm probably just not getting enough consistent sleep. Problem is I love reading too much to focus on trying to fix it more than I already have. I call it a win if I can just fall asleep before 2 am Skittles, I'm jealous. I've been sleepy all day despite sleeping almost 10 hours last night I think I'll just go take a nap. Its practically nighttime anyway |
