I was shunned after I messed up, I never asked to be born unable to smell, nor to be gifted to heal,
Voices woke me up as I looked around the woods to see nothing but shadows.
still, I heard a voice calling out in fear as if needing help
as I near the river I see a flash of fur but it vanishes.
'follow the path to a place of love ' a voice echos
the path leads me to a place where a wolf looks around his eyes looking for something as I draw closer I see his fur is ghostly.
"you're a long way from your pack," he says his green eyes looking at me "you smell different ".
"I was shunned, " I say "you're a healer ?" I look at him confused " gifted to heal " he says I nod" But I was born unable to smell so they shunned me after I failed " I say.
" follow me young one to my birth pack where I lived out my days my daughter Imala will greet you," he says.
"What is your name, " I ask the ghost.
"Jacy," he says calmly
as I draw closer to the place the path leads Jacy stops and looks at me before he vanishes that's when I hear a wolf soon a sliver wolf comes through the trees.
" Who are you," she asks "a lost soul a wolf told me to find his daughter Imala " I say.
"My father " the wolf says "Come " she adds leading me to a clearing.
the alpha looks to her than me before she speaks "what is your name " She asks "Shelly " I say
"welcome Shelly to the pack of serpents " she says
