One of the first wolves of Windcrest that is a DG.
As one of the two daughters of the first noble Alpha, Silverfire, she faces pressure within the pack, from competitors to manners. Everyone expects her to be the next Alpha, even though she is definitely not ready yet. Because of this assumption, some wolves are challenging her everyday and trying to disrupt her training to prevent her from taking the throne.
Despite all of that, Silverfire has her mother's resiliency and her bits of sternness, so she should be able to push through. After all, her parents were one of Windcrest's best leaders.
Silverfire recently became some males' attention in Pack Life, like Nightbreeze and Glowfang. Here are some snippets of her life:
1. Nightbreeze
Silverfire pads to the center of the clearing, taking a rabbit from the fresh-kill pile. Suddenly, she feels the gaze of someone burning on her pelt. She turns around to see Nightbreeze, the best young warrior around her age. She stares back, and locks eyes with him, some emotions suddenly rushing through her and filling her body. Her mind is whirling with thoughts about Nightbreeze, and her gaze softens, feelings clouding her sight.
After what seemed like forever, Nightbreeze looks away, blushing, and so does Silverfire. She takes another rabbit from the prey pile and nudges it to him. "Want to eat together?" She asks shyly, studying her paws after a short glance at Nightbreeze.
"Sure, over...there?" He gestures to the flat rocks with the sun lighting it up like a stage. Nightbreeze looks at Silverfire, affection showing in his eyes.
"Okay," Silverfire replies hesitantly, knowing that those rocks are going to let everyone notice them eating together. They pad to the flatrocks and lay down with the she-wolf leaning close to Nightbreeze.
As Silverfire ate, she kept thinking, "Is Nightbreeze good for me? Will he rule with me someday? Will I...rule at all?"
