Character Description

Biography
Dandelion was born into a pack that lives in the far northwestern region of the forest called the Morning Glade Pack. The pack never surpassed more than 12 members, but they managed to maintain a decent stretch of territory.

The dominant pair of Morning Glade, Ghost and Maple, were efficient leaders but not always the most attentive parents. Their focus was primarily on hunting and reinforcing territory markers while they left most of the pup-rearing to their older litter. Dandelion helped her siblings raise their parents' third litter and remained with the pack until she decided to venture out once she turned two years old.

Dandelion traveled south, surviving off small prey mammals or elk carcasses abandoned by other wolves. She eventually settled into a pine forest and lived in a small den formed by an abandoned badger set. Dandelion ran into a male wolf named Midnight one day while hunting a rabbit and the two didn't hit it off immediately. They eventually grew closer together and became mates.

Personality
Whilst Midnight leads the pack through his strength, Dandelion leads the pack through her cunning. She is the strategist of the pack and thinks before she acts. Dandelion doesn't get mad easily but she will definitely show an aggressive side of her if necessary. She's the pack's main voice of reason and commands orders in a dignified manner.

Dandelion is devoted to Midnight and often helps him to calm down when he is riled up. She enjoys teasing Midnight a little bit and can easily get away with standing up to him.

Preferences
Dandelion's favorite prey happens to be Mule Deer, but she wouldn't mind any other large animal either. Her birth pack's territory included a few Mule Deer herds and thus, she spent most of her life eating them. However, she is grateful for anything that she and her pack are able to catch.

Ironically, Dandelion prefers to pair up with a wolf that has a bit of a temper. Perhaps its because she enjoys teasing them a little-- but no one knows for sure. She wouldn't look for another male anyway, for she is devoted to Midnight.

Special Skills
Dandelion is a skilled huntress, but that's mostly due to her gift at being a strategist. She thinks carefully about every hunt but knows well that a successful hunt still isn't guaranteed.
