Biography
I walked out of the den, and smiled as I was greeted by sunshine. Glanceing around, I observed the pack before me, I wasn’'t alpha yet, but I still intended to keep watch over them as if I already was. After all, they were my family...

“Rose” came a male vocal. I turned around to see Loki and smiled. He didn'’t smile, but I noticed a glint in his eyes behind the solemn expression he always seemed to wear. “Yes?” I finally reply, my tone more chipper than usual.

“I finished the boarder Patrol...” he trailed off, something seemed off about his tone.
“And..?” I ask growing a little worried.
He sighed. “There’s something you should see...”

He turns to head towards the woods and I follow, as we move through the woods, I can hear water running, and when we enter a clearing, I see a beautiful river, and a... I gasp at the sight..

The sight of a wolf, a dead wolf, or at least what was left of him. “This is.. is terrible..” I manage to say. Backing into Loki he shakes his head in dismay. “That’s not even the worst part..” I whip around to face him. “Then what is..?”
He sighs. “It’s the work of one of our wolves.. we have a monster amongst us...”

I shake my head in disbelief. “No.. no this can’t be right..”
“I’m sorry Rose,” he states. “But the blood trail Leads back to our pack, and despite the loss of scent, no wolf could have done this, this close to our boarder and in the span of a few hours.”

My head drops as I finally nodd.
“What if they strike again?” Loki's expression changes. “They won’'t hurt you Rose..” he promised.
“But what about everyone else...” He shook his head again. “We can’'t trust anyone Rose..I know it’s not you because I was with you during that time and you know it’s not me.. but everyone else could be a target..”

I nodded. “Does the Alp-?” He cut me off.
“No, and she can’t know...” I nodd and look down saddened.

Loki nuzzles me, and I blush, but say nothing. “I’ll protect you Rose” he whispered.
I smile and look up. “And I’ll protect you..” I reply.

One body, a whole pack of wolves that I thought I knew... Secrets and killer on the loose.
