Biography
Dare is also a bit different from many wolves in WolfPlay. She was born into a very small pack near the Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge. One day, she remembered waking up with her litter mates, and realized there was a strange wolf pup in their pack, one with a stranged smell...her mother called it "the human scent." Dare was wary at first, as were all of her siblings. They didn't really accept this newcomer at first, but as time wore on, their natural curiosity got the best of them, and they started to accept this strange new pup, and even began to play with him, and allowed him to come exploring as they learned important life and hunting skills with their mom.
One day, he wandered off, Dare and her siblings were quite sad, they missed his presence.
Many moons came and went, seasons passed, they knew not how many. Then, one day, while she was out exploring in the woods, she noticed a large, confident, handsome wolf lurking about. She sniffed the air, and felt something familiar come from his scent. It took her a bit, but she realized it was Guardian, that strange pup that appeared one day in her den!
Guardian & Dare pair bonded ~ and started their own family, their own pack, a proud family of rare red wolves. They remained close to their original home, near the red wolf sanctuary of northeastern NC.
Guardian & Dare, together, lead the Pathfinders pack, in alliance with the Lightbringers, with the goal to keep justice reigning in the wilds, as well as to keep all wolves safe from any predator, animal or human, that would do them harm.

| Personality
Dare is foremost, a loving mate and mother, but she is also a force to be reckoned with as a hunter and provider for her pack. Additionally, she is intelligent, wiley, compassionate, courageous, and fair; as an alpha female should be. She's a lovely svelt specimen of a wolf, and moves gracefully across the ground, every movement with purpose. She is true to her mate, and vows to stay that way till death does them part.
Preferences
DareÂ’s territorial preferences align with her mate's, they prefer the forests over the swamps, though they will go into the swamps when necessary. She also prefers peace over war, but will stand alongside her mate to fight for their pack. She loves the spring when she brings forth a litter of pups, but she really also enjoys the autumn when those pups are tagging along with her and learning the ways of the successful wolf life. She loves the harmony of a well organized pack that works together for the greater good of all.
Special Skills
Dare's special skills are in line with all it takes to raise a healty and happy family. She is compassionate, spiritual, and perceptive. Yet, she is also brave, firm, and has great resolve when it comes to keeping order in the pack and providing for her young.
She is just and fair when handing out corrections to maintain that necessary order in her pack, and is proud of the fact that the pack maintains a high level of happiness and cooperation. She is held in high regard and with much respect from all those in the pack that serve under her.
As a mate, her affinity and devotion towards Guardian are unparallelled. Like her mate,she would glady give her life to save his or those of her offspring, if ever it was necessary.
