Biography Alpenhorn sat outside the looming white tent, waiting until he was summoned inside. The howling wind was causing the tent to flap violently. The wind swirled around him while he waited. The day had been a fantastic win for them all today with his commander's troops having stormed the small, but resource-abundant pack lands of Wolf 502. Alpenhorn flicked his tailed in annoyance. He didn't enjoy being kept waiting, even if his commander was of a higher rank than what he was. Fixating his gaze on the entrance to the tent, Alpenhorn counted the number of times that it was ripped open before it was forced back with winds from all directions. He lost count somewhere after 870 and sighed. Waiting was torture. He needed to be moving, doing something constructive, when finally, his commanders voice pierced the howling winds. "Alpenhorn, enter!" Hannibal said sternly
Standing, Alpenhorn stretched and ruffled his fur, his grey and cream shoulder rippled momentarily as the colours seemed to blend. He yawned lazily and squared his posture to compose himself before stepping into the tent. The roaring winds immediately seemed to dim, but the rippling sides of the tent let on the true nature of the weather on the other side of the material. "Commander Hannibal, we've made some great progress out there today, but I regret to tell you that although Wolf 502 had a small territory, they had some mighty fine warriors on the field. I suggest we stay here before moving forwards. We have access to the freshest water our wolves have had for months and it is the only water source around here. The closest is a month's trek and can be found south-east according to the prisoners that have spilled the beans." Alpenhorn explained. He wasted no time in getting down to business. Enough of his time had already gone out the window. He was letting the interrogation team down by having this conversation with Hannibal, who nodded slowly and acknowledged Alpenhorn's statement. "Look, I understand you are worried, Alpenhorn, but I can assure you that there is absolutely no need to be concerned. Ask the others around you and I'm sure many will agree with me. We have enough supplies to make it down the coast opposite the island of Crete. I have already told you that we will camp on the shores there and rest. Our wolves are in top shape." His tone was curt, indicating that this was the end of the conversation.
Alpenhorn took a deep breath and sighed. "You're males on the front lines can not hold another attack. They are thin, their hips and spines showing!" Alpenhorn snapped, his tail flicking with anger and he lowered his voice. "If you do not listen to my words, you will be the one that suffers next . Those on the front lines follow my word. Not yours, and if I told them to come for you they would. Do you want that?" Alpenhorn asked with a hiss in his voice. He feigned a lunge towards Hannibal and laughed at his commander who flinched while taking a few steps backwards. "Just as I thought." Alpenhorn scowled and wanted to continue his rant but Hannibal cut him off. "Niyara wants to speak to you." Alpenhorn was caught off guard. He narrowed his eyes to hide his surprise. "Whatever you are playing at, Hannibal, you will never be good enough for her." Alpenhorn spat, turning swiftly and leaving Hannibal's tent in a fluster.
Alpenhorn's nostrils flared and his heart raced. Hannibal was so full of it! He truly had no idea what was happening. The fatigue, the death, the sickly. Alpenhorn shook his head and weaved his way through those that were milling around; the injured that could only wait. The were essentially deadweight at this point because no one could guarantee when the healers were going to have time to craft potions which would heal their ailments. Alpenhorn growled as a few of the injured tried crowding him for news. "Move!" He ordered and they obeyed his word, falling into line. He sighed again, but this time in sadness. They followed his orders like mindless drones, ready to serve and take down anyone in their paths that fought back. "Stay in a line. Do not get in the way." He told them and they seemed to take it on board. Alpenhorn shook his head and carried on past the rows of tents assigned for various ranks and leaders, heading for the intricately detailed tent with red and gold fabrics.

| Personality As he neared the end of the line, Alpenhorn paused. He could hear Leo's raised voice. He tilted his head but he couldnÂÂ’t quite catch what the brawl was about. He rolled his eyes. “ Wonderful . Consoling the Empress after a fight with Leo. "What more could I want?”" He asked himself sarcastically. Some days he felt like that was all he was used for. He stayed out of sight while Leo and Niraya threw toxic words at one another and, sensing that it was over, Alpenhorn waited until they both emerged from the tent and parted ways. He counted slowly, backwards from 100, before he went in the direction of Niyara. He allowed his gait to quicken up which loosened his tense muscles. His favourite part of cheering Niyara up was stalking and frightening her. Alpenhorn loved the terrified expression she made. It was as if she was expecting to turn around and see that Leo had followed her after an argument. Alpenhorn trotted after her and eyed her tail as she flicked it. He smirked and leaned in to clamp his jaws around her tail, giving it enough pressure to have her to stop and turn around.
Preferences "Oh, sorry? This tail belongs to, Niyaaara ." He drawled. "How are ya doing?" He asked her, coming to stand beside her as they walked along. "What are going to do about Leo?" He asked in all seriousness. "I think you seriously need to discuss with him his future. Blame it all on him it's not good if he thinks you want it but, if it benefits him, then that is a whole other story." Alpenhorn paused and gave her side-eye. "Oh and there's been rumours through the ranks regarding Leo. He has been seen frolicing with several omegas on more than one occasion. So god knows where that has led." Alpenhorn looked across the vast desert landscape. "I can neither confirm nor deny these rumours." He hung his head because that was a lie. He had seen Leo with Niyara's sister, Niraya but he wasnÂ’t about to drop such a bombshell like that. He hoped that by feeding Niyara this information that she would do some digging herself. Interrogate Leo, question his behaviour...Alpenhorn grimaced. "I'm sorry, Niyara." He said quietly.
