Biography It's not about what is, it's about what it can become.
Luminosa had left her pack for the day and spotted a deer. She gave chase and ended up at the top of a cliff. Luminosa was hungry and wasn't going to give up. She had a mate to feed and pups that was starving. Luminosa lunges and snapped at the doe would stamp and charge her. Luminosa lunged again and the doe stamped but lost her footing, effectively falling to her death. Luminosa ran to catch up with the dead doe and clamped it in her jaws, dragging it into a small alcove and covering her fresh kill with some stones in a poor attempt to hide it from others.
Racing home her legs were burning but she needed to get her mate and the pups a decent meal before the neighbouring wolf pack caught a whiff. Skidding to a halt at her den entrance. "I've got a kill! A doe! But we need to go now. It's not from our lands!" She panted excitedly. Looking down at her three pups, she knew they would not be able to run the distance. She lowered her head and picked two that had their backs against one another and picked them up by the scruff. They both woke with a yelp because it hurt to be such a size and carried in their mother's jaw. Her mate followed suit and took the last remaining pup, following after her as she bounded away, stopping every so often for him to see where she had gone.
Arriving at the kill site, Luminosa allowed her mate and the pups to eat first while she kept an eye out. They were on thin ice being this far inside a neighbouring oack's lands. When her mate had finished he switched and Luminosa ate her fill. She didn't forge herself like she normally would. She felt uneasy at the situation and she had every right to be because her mates ears picked up a low growling. A warning to them that they shouldn't be here. The youngest pup strayed and he was instantly plucked off, the commotion; the whimper of pain. The whining and then silence. Both adults who picked up the two remaining pups and began to retreat. They were too slow. A red wolf stepped out and spoke lowly.
"You do not belong in these lands." Liminosa's mate dropped the pup he was carrying in his maw and darted to the right. The red wolf gave chase and Luminosa ran, urging the two pups to hurry. The red male was bigger, faster, stronger than her mate. Her mate wouldnt last long against him but he had given them time to flee. His primary responsibility was protecting his family, so he defiantly stood there, between the red male and his mate and pups. When the red wolf had nearly caught up with him, he darted towards the creek. Red wolf fell for his strategy again but continued to pursue him, not understanding that he was leading them away from his family. The red wolf caught up with him, the Chase wasn't long, he was weakened from lack of prey and nutrition. Luminosa watched it all occur from the higher ground and hung her head. He had saved her.
She turned away and moved the pups along. Further into her own lands, hoping to avoid drawing attention to herself but the day was drawing to a close and she was rapidly losing daylight. She pushed the pups. They were exhausted already so she picked them both up and quickened her pace. She was heading to one of her very first kindle dens in the hopes she wouldn't be found, but Red wolf was already tracking her from the moment she had left the doe carcass. Her scent was strong. Luminosa made it to the den. It was a squashed densite with cobwebs at the entrance that she brushed past, collapsing on the cool ground and welcoming sleep. Her pups curled into her side and suckled.
When the sun rose for another day, Luminosa knew there was trouble. She sensed something was off. The forest around her was silent. Cautiously she ventured out of the den, only to lock eyes with Red wolf watching her from the forest. Her pups came crashing out of the densite and took off before she could stop them. Red wolf killed them, a bite to the skull and their lives were over. Luminosa closed her eyes for a moment and hung her head. After all this she thought and then suddenly, she did the unexpected. Luminosa suddenly relaxed. She lowered her hackles and that confused the red wolf. Then she slowly wagged her tail. The red wolf was now even more bewildered. She romped over to him and started the wolf version of flirting. After a few moments of taking in the situation, he responded in kind. That was it. Luminosa had got him to join her pack as the new alpha male.

| Personality Luminosa is full of light like her given name. She's a cunning female with a stout build. Her small frame gives her an advantage when on the prowl and she knows exactly how to use it. Luminosa is a name that will be recognised long after she is gone just like Misaki's name. Luminosa is the one who reclaimed The Misaki Pack lands and recruited so many with her nimble and 'timid' yet confident looking frame.
Preferences Luminosa is a sociable wolf. She was leading alpha and then gave her position to Mackinnon who has since passed it on to a daughter who was of the highest potential in terms of dominance. Luminosa has a strong bond with all of her fellow pack members but more noticeably she loves her hunting pack most. The six of them have a strong bond an almost unbreakable bond but there are cracks showing through the creeping jealousy amongst the males towards Luminosa with her bubbly personality driving them to go to great lengths to please her in terms of the best prey catch of the day.
Special Skills Luminosa quite literally has the sweetest voice. She uses this to her advantage when sweet talking other pack members into bending at every beck and call. Her motherly instincts are another striking feature about Luminosa as she is determined to save every pup she can. Her greatest success to date is the pup, Mackinnon.
