Distant, introverted and morose, It's Raining Somewhere Else has a dark aura surrounding her. Despite being of prestigious heritage, she didn't attempt to join the Dream Team to match the glory achieved by her ancestors, instead becoming a shaman and dedicating her life to performing rituals in their honour and ensuring that their memory remains alive.
She absolutely adored her father and was close to him her whole life, doing everything in her power to make the legendary warrior proud of her. When he died, the devastated It's Raining Somewhere Else retreated further and further inward, distraught by her inability to reach out to his spirit.
A generally pessimistic and bitter wolf, she feels like she has failed to live up to her ancestors' legendary status; now, in her old age, even as the highly respected elder and main shaman of the pack, she feels lonely and yearns for the day when she can join her ancestors and her beloved friend Chrome once more.
