Biography Jayla had always loved the snowy foothills of Fiorland, that resided within the boarders of The Misaki Pack, with it's many mountains and pristine glaciers, it was a place where she felt as thought she belonged.
Even though Jayla was a very agile and defensive, she-wolf, she had a soft inner core, but the feature she loved about herself was her short, tail. As a cub, she had loved to explore. On one of her exploring expeditions, Jayla wandered a little too far, and onto one well-packed down dirt tracks that the tour busses used.
It's huge! she thought to herself as she wandered over for a closer inspection. A guide, that noticed her, reached down and scooped her up- against the protocols in which he had agreed to. The guide, passed her around, and eventually Jayla found herself being poked and prodded by a group of youngsters. They tugged and pulled at whatever they could get a handful of. Jayla let out a yelp of fear, and latched onto the hand of one of the children. The child who was holding her dropped her, another child picked her up and yanked on her tail. Jayla shrieked in terror, looking up into the eyes of the parents, who were laughing pointing. "Please, help me! she yapped several times, hoping one of her pack mates would come to her rescue, but no one came.
The guide stepped in. "Give her to me please. We've got to move along now, as we're pressed for time." Jayla was handed back to the guilty looking guide, who placed her back down into the track. "Let's go! Hands inside the truck at all times please!" He ordered and sped away, leaving a flurry of dirt in his wake.
Ever since then, Jayla's tail had stopped growing. Miyako deemed her tail to be 'broken' and now, Jayla is known as 'Manx' Her friends see her her as a dainty she-wolf who needed 24/7 care and protection, but she is quite the opposite. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ One particular day, Jayla padded over to one of the glaciers and reflected on her cold surroundings. The snow around her fell like the gentle rain droplets of rain on a spring morning. She tried her best to ignore Jabberwocky as he desperately wanted to gain her attention, and to see her look his way once more.
On this day, Jayla eyed him. "Jabberwocky, you're nothing but a coward." she said. "I don't feel the same way about you and I never will. I just don't love you Jabberwocky." Jabberwocky looked back at her with confidence, but inside he truly was a coward. He'd fled numerous times she had approached him and now she'd moved on.
"I'm sorry, Jabberwocky." She said with a small dip of her head. She had given the idiot a dozen or so chances but he hadn't taken them. "Goodbye...Jabberwocky." She said, giving him a soft lick along the side of his jaw before padding away at a slow lope and heading back the her pack.
"Jayla! Wait!" Jabberwocky called out to her as he bounded after her. "Look!" He said, gently nudging her to the left. "See those? They're majestic, and graceful...and beautiful...Just like you, Jayla." He said.
"Do you really mean that?" Jayla asked with a tilt of her head as she looked up at the migrating geese.
"I do, Jayla. I really do." Jabberwocky said sincerely.

| Personality Jayla is a strong female, not only physically, but also mentally, though that doesn't mean she doesn't have any faults. Every wolf has a fault, but those who are strong enough to admit that doesn't make them a coward, it just shows you how strong they truely are.
Jayla can also be quite compasionate towards other pack members, unless they've 'judged a book by it's cover' and assumed she is something that is isn't. Her calm, collective nature, make her one who is fast thinking out on the battle feild, and a truely worthy member to the pack.
Preferences Jayla prefers it if she could discuss a hunting plan before she takes a group out. She knows that if they've planned ahead, and taken into account all of the possibilities, that there is less likely to be a failure rather than if they go charging in there like a pack of headless geese.
She rarely gets angered, but when she does, she simply chooses to move on, and while she does not speak to you, the family bond still keeps her close to you and the other pack members.
Special Skills Being calm and collected, and having thought out a thorough plan before the pack goes out, Jayla is able to uphold that collected state. This is a skill the she refuses to acknowledge because she doesn't want a 'fuss' made over it, though she knows that is isn't possible because every wolf that enters The Misaki Pack is able to realise their full potentials and life life to the max.
