I don’t want to retire again. I literally just bought a den expansion and have no apples. I love you my darling wolves... |

She would get fired for making you work with Covid...that's really really bad. |

Sorry I jumped in and kinda gave unasked for advice but I watched many friends quit a job they hated and then end up for months without getting another |

Absolutely have another job lined up. You never quit a job without a plan |

I'd suggest to make sure you have another job lined up before leaving that one. Depending on your location, the job market is horrible |
Nevermore |
I hope it gets better for you Tay. If HR doesn't make changes, it's time to walk away from that job, find a better one with a manager that treats you right |

@Nevermore It was pretty obvious, I was wearing a mask, and I looked horrid. The first day I had to work. The second day, the other manager sent me home. |

Well, that would fuel the HR complaint if she does cut hours. A way to be like "See, I told you." To HR. I mean, the restaurant could have been shut down or fined for you working with covid if the health department in your area found out. |

Apo I’m so sorry that this is happening to you. I hope that your problem finds a resolution soon! </3 |

Quite frankly, personally I don't give a rats ass what she thinks of me, I don't need fake friends. However, professionally, it makes me feel targeted and frustrated. The best thing I can do right now is to stay professional, keep documenting, and when I have more, I can go to HR. |

I could do it anonymously, the problem is, that this is a smallish place, and she ONLY treats me like that, so as soon as she got talked to about it, she would know it was me. |

Like, I'm immunocompromised because of black mold/side effects from covid. I get sick like once a month. Just slight respiratory infections. There was a helium balloon people were sucking on a few sundays ago, and when I went to do it, she was like "Nobody else suck on it now, Taylor will get you sick" But when I had covid back in february, she didn't let me even have one day off? |
Nevermore |
Tay Can't you do it anonymously? I know for my work, and a lot of others you can ask HR to not tell her who filed the report. She can suspect it, but if she does cut hours, you complain to HR again. You can also probably tell them your concerns with her possibly cutting hours. |

Eve In the second photo on your profile, which one is Juliet and which one's Eevee? |

She's not a monster. She's friendly to who she is friendly to. Its just unprofessional to treat me differently because of personal dislike. And I know I'm autistic which can make it harder to be liked, but if all the other managers can treat me nicely, she can too. |
