| Yeah, make sure you disinfect it really really well, your fish tank may seem clean, but fish tank water has a lot of microbes that really aren't safe for people. |

| I buy a sponge cleaner or a bristle cleaner I specifically only use for my fish tank. That should help you not cut yourself. I bought one of those bottle cleaner packs, because I grow live plants and breed shrimp, so I have actual substrate that clogs the filter once every few months. |
