Eternity They are good especially if you have a gnawing problem which I do, but as of now I have switches to mints as it is far less impactful on my teeth. I do not wish to fork out thousands for a broken tooth. I used to chew on the shells until the salty taste went away then I'd spit them into a napkin. |

ever you'll probably hurt yourself but good luck ozy i've never had a jawbreaker- i did used to eat the shells of sunflower seeds, though. in my defense, i was in second grade and too stupid to realize the yucky splintery parts were shells |

Eternity Yes, that is true, but I was more thinking a rock you find in the yard. I remember once as a child I got a hold of a smooth pebble and tried eating it... not my best moment. |
