| Lady, I am scared of bugs now, but I loved them as a kid. Spiders are one of the only ones I still love, even though they aren't really bugs. You're inside, so I can't blame you for smacking although RIP spooder. Enjoy her while she's still here so it's easier to remember her later. Don't push your emotions down out of fear, either. It's healthier for you to cry than to not cry at all. And you are strong. You will still be here even if you don't feel okay. |

Your left brain is too logical and will lie even if it doesn't understand what the right brain is processing in regards to our emotions. You have tear ducts to cry, so you should. It's normal and you're okay. |
