I'm out of tums currently and since it is 3am the drugstore is closed so I am fucked. I usually elevate my head with a pillow when I sleep but sometimes I forget to or slide down my pillow then acid is like "okay bro time to make you feel like shit" |

| holi im so sorry :( im in the exact same boat as you. my GERD is so bad that i recently went through with surgery to fix it. medication never worked for me either! sit up straight, sleep elevated, and (if you must) lay on your left side; i forget why, but sleeping on your left side doesn't cause the acid to come up as much. did your GERD start up out of no where? or have you always had it? |

| Cockroach, Me too </3 I've had severe GERD for years and even with medication I had episodes ToT And thanks for the tip. I'm gonna need it ;-; I'm so sad, a lot of foods I love give me bad reflux or indigestion. |
