When one is bullied it can be devastating

it feels crushing

like a boulder that is too big to lift off one's body

it burns

like the way one feels when set on fire

it stings

like when a blade enters one's back

it's cold

like the way it feels to be frozen in a block of ice

It cuts deep into one's mental state

It rots the strands holding one to the earth

It destroys the line

the line that separates life and death in one's mind

It causes such damage

damage to one's mind, soul, and body

but it can be stopped

It can be stopped by kind people

kind people who choose to help

to help the weak

So, you who are strong

Please help the weak
