• I have the right to decline commissions for any reason, regardless if you agree or not.

• I only will provide PNG, JPEG, or other similar forms of files for your commission. I will NOT provide PSD files or other editing files, livestreams, videos, etc. You will only receive your art as is.

• Commissioned art is to be used for personal use only. Distributing or using them for commercial use, reselling my art by itself, etc. is NOT allowed. My work may be sold/traded if you are selling, trading, gifting the character as a whole. You may not sell for IRL currency as you did not receive it with IRL currency, batched or not.

• I reserve the right to upload any commissioned piece onto any of my social media or portfolios. If you do not want to be credited for the design/character, please let me know.

• All prices shown on my menu are not final. Complicated character designs/poses may cost extra.

• I require half payment upfront until you are satisfied with the sketch. I require full payment before I move past the sketch.

• I do not accept refunds for any reason. Refunds will only be given if I can no longer complete your art.

• Do NOT remove my credits. If you would like something altered or the location of the credits changed, please reach out.

• After the commission is completed and sent to the buyer, small edits are free of charge. Larger edits or edits requested well after the commission is completed may require a fee.

• You may post my art wherever you please, just keep the credits visible and link my accounts wherever possible (i.e. Toyhouse, DA, etc.)

• My artwork is NOT allowed to be submitted into any form of AI database, software, or development whatsoever.

A few things to note: His ears are stretched with black tunnels. I'd also like his ears to be more skunk-like since he is infact a skunk (so more round :') been meaning to redesign him) Also, he has dark & light red freckles on his cheeks and nose bridge :)
