I think everyone here really likes the ceremony. My apologies if this has already been stated before - what if instead of just giving the deceased a flower that their family members/close companions choose for them, they plant it on their grave in the memorial? What if there's one or two wolves whose job is to take care of those flowers and replant them when they wilt? (It's probably a very emotionally tough job, though). |

I like that idea, I think family and friends of the passed wolf should be the ones to care for the flowers. That way it's like a private time for them all to gather and mourn lost ones without the rest of the pack. (Only if the family wants to though) |

I was under the impression that the whole pack participated in the burial and planted flowers, then just wolves close to the deceased would care for them? Correct me if I'm wrong

I like that the close family members or close friends be mournful. I think the elders and alpha be in charge of the burial process. |
