Because it's a girl, Draco would likely be willing to stand down, but not if he thinks she's putting herself or others in danger. That's about the only time he'll stand up to her.

Just adding my input on that question: For my girl Jasper, seeing as she's also mixed with a dragon shifter, I imagine she'd be pretty chill around other dragons. But she would not take challenges to her dominance well, considering her mother was an alpha species among her kind. Adding to the fact that she's also mixed with elf and witch, she's quite the formidable opponent.
