Percival Frowin. Someone Jackie met during college (his roommate, actually) and became friends with. Nowadays, Percy works as a colleague of Jackie's and takes care of any of the actually fancy meetings Jackie is supposed to attend. Because if Jackie attends them, they push the formal dress code quite a bit. Percy used to have a small thing for Jackie but it went nowhere and eventually dropped. He's still a good friend of Jackie's though and cares quite a bit about them. It was also his idea for Jackie to go to the center.

Yep! He's great. He's also going to accidentally tell Ruth that Jackie's at the center. He's also probably never going to visit, since it was part of the agreement when Jackie agreed to go to the center. Then again, so was Percy not telling anyone so... Yeah.

Hmm, I actually contemplated doing that for Z as well, but I'm a bit nervous about portraying the disorder wrong since there's already such a negative stigma around it, so, maybe I will in the future, we'll see-
