Anna, it is a random chance, but you could randomly get one, you could fight an enemy, or it's like the dig option where you have to press a button in explore.

I may be cruel. Where Doji can't have puppies. Haven't fully decided. But she is deeply afraid of motherhood. So if she does will be very irritated and full of fear (oh wait just like me cause I'm pregnant)
