Plots/Scenary/Whatever I thought of:
A.First one is so far.. I wanna start with the day of the dog/wolfdog that was killed due to insubordination. And only a selected few witnessed it. So they come back distraught to tell the others what happened. Some believe or don't. It's like rivalry/debate until the announcement of their fallen friend.
2. Something that catches their escape plan in a bind.. An electric fence that is 16 feet high and buried 3 feet under the ground. The only time is when it shut off when officers are moving through the gate with a time of 2 minutes
3. Tracking devices in their skin that was implanted as pups or very young or sedated. They don't know if this. When they are on the run later on.. haven't figured out how they discovered it.
4. Communication: humans can understand the dogs from like radio waves through the cameras... But they have to be deciphered which takes 10 minute delay... More thoughts with this..
5. To make more thing difficult if you allow this. Cold-branding which is non harmful to animals. Just freezes their fur and is permanent. And is the symbol of a M for Moira.. When on the run it's a stick in the eye for bounty hunters and secret workers for the Moira
6. Simple of challenges in who would leading/guiding the group. I figure it would be wolf-dog as they already view themselves superior. As there is no official ranking. Just wolf-dog or dog who take the initiative to guide their friends.
