I'm trying to relearn my artstyle (year (or more?) long art hiatus wooo) and have been working on these lil things. 
(Click them for better quality - I've downsized them from 600x600 to 400x400 for this forum post)
I'm thinking about doing these semi-symmetrical pixel headshots working off the same "base" for some extra income to feed more warrior stones to GJ have some more mush in my mushroom hole in case of emergencies or another unexpected hiatus in which all my battle wolves die of age.
I'm not entirely sure how to sell them though. I don't know their worth, so maybe a slot auction could help me figure that out? But at the same time, it's not like these are a... big deal or anything so maybe a shop is more appropriate.
Help!

I think you could go either route. I think an auction would get attention, but if it's more customised a shop may be better? I reckon you could charge apples for them. When I first joined the price of art was much lower than today. When I low balled my shop prices, I was overwhelmed within two days. I see things like this around the 1-3 apple mark in other shops. I think it would be a good idea to have a peek at some other shops to get a feel for what price you should go with ^^ P.S there is never enough art. |

definitely would go for at least 5 apples personally. dunno which method of selling to suggest but i think maybe a shop? especially if its same-format headshots like those |

If this is a multi YCH, 10-15 apples based on complexity (amount of line breaking edits you'd have to make) would probably be where I'd start. If this is a one-off YCH, meaning only 1 person on the game would get a slot and there'd be no more, I would host an auction. |

I would start with an auction for just a couple YCH slots! That way you'll know what people will pay for them, and you can start selling them in a shop after having an auction to determine value :) |
