like with Ash/smoke/flamesALL OF ITMAX GLOW must be seen from space...also how/wat dose sponsering mean/dois it payment driven? So, it costs ten apples to submit a custom gear item to the game, plus having a premium account.i sponsor (pay for) for my own gear; some i charge apples for (which then funds future gear releases), and some i sell for cheap mush. The more often i sponsor the gear by myself, i generally do a mix of higher cost items and lower cost items, because the higher cost ones basically pay for me to submit the cheap cost ones (like the faelights and all their recolors. Spicy Dawg paid for the cheap 25 mush witch hats i submitted alongside the more expensive full outfit gear, Bespelled, and Bespelled is on its way to helping pay for another faelight recolor with the help of a co-sponsor xP)when someone sponsors gear, they're either paying part of the cost as a co-sponsor, or all of the cost as a full sponsor:i've had people sponsor gear i already had concept art of, and they personally liked it and wanted it in game, and i've had people sponsor me to make a specific gear they want in the game and gave me the idea to render. I get approval from the sponsor to submit the gear, then i cross my fingers and hope Eve likes it too.apples are due when the concept art is pre-approved, and before i draw the rest of the five poses (as soon as i finish the render, i submit the gear, and when Eve accepts it, i am charged ten apples for the submission)basically i love doing art so i'll make gear for people at cost xDthis is useful both for making custom gear attainable for people who have ideas they want to see in game, but either cannot render them in the skill level they want it done, or don't have the time to do all that work. (It usually takes me anywhere from eight hours to 16+ hours for each gear item, some more intensive and detailed ones were over 20+ hours all told of work to draw and format and submit. Super simple ones are just a couple hours of work and rendering)So all i have into the work then is my sweat equity for doing the work to create and format the art to all six poses if Eve approves it, and it's easy for me to charge very low mushie prices, because i have no cost to recoup to be able to submit more gear again.Sponsors get to pick the price gear sells for in barter: this controls rarity of the item, but because sponsors only get one free copy of the gear, it also incentivizes lower priced gear because then they can buy it cheap too ;Pmore info can be found in my art store in the second post, link is in my den bio if you click my username ^.^this was probably more info than you needed ope but i rambled sorry ^^'
