I said December, but it might not be cuz it's near other Holidays; my friend's parents gave them birthday and Christmas presents at the same time and rarely ever celebrated them separately. Mine's in January, so I barely missed the mark. I think February is the best IMO, cuz you still may get snow and also it's easy to find presents for your friends with discounts after holidays :) (my friend has a birthday on Valentine's Day which is super cool) EDIT: also February is just before the infamous rain and cloudy days we get in March-May here...

Currently in a 3-way tie between all J months 4th, 5 votes each, is tied between August and September with 4 each, 6th with 2 votes is a tie against April, October and December, then last are the 1 vote each months, February, March, May and November.

I say September, I know a lot of people's birth month is near that month or IN that month, plus it's closer to Halloween and that's candy time haha
