First of all, Happy Holidays to everyone who celebrates! Want to help spread some cheer? Secret Santa is a fun gift exchanging game, and anyone, whether you celebrate any holidays or not, can partitipate. You will give a gift to a giftee I assign you which is random. I'll send you your giftee in PMs, you may tell them or keep it a secret until you give them a gift, which often reveals your pack name. If it doesn't, you can choose to stay anonymous. You'll recieve a gift from someone as well. Feel free to join!

Deadlines:

Sign-Ups start November 17th, 2025 and are open until December 12th at noon game time. - Closed
I'll assign giftees from December 12th after 12:00 pm game time to December 13th. Make sure your PM status is set to everyone or if I am on your friend's list, you can put it as friends only.
Give your gift by January 15th, you may give you gift as soon as you get a giftee.

Gifting:

You will receive your giftee after Sign-Ups end on December 12th, all giftees and gifters are randomly assigned. You may give a gift as soon as you get your giftee. Screenshot what you give to them, I’ll be making a form for you to submit them in. I may make a form for you to confirm that you got something as well, but I don't need screenshots. You can send multiple of one item or mix and match as well. You can PM me if you don't want to use forms. Everything must come from the account you signed up with, no alternate accounts or friends should contribute to the gift.

Mushroom values:

Art, wolves and palettes are all valued at 0 mushrooms as their value is subjective.
Apples are valued at 999 mushrooms if you use the trade request as you need to put one mushroom on it, 1,000 mush for any in the same trade. If you do not use the trade system and it is an apple item, it will be valued 1,000 mush per apple.
Bone fragments and Moonflowers are valued at 3 mushrooms each, Event currency is valued at 5 mushrooms each.
For food, there is a 2 mushroom value per feeding. Giving red roses or wishbones doesn't count for this, even though it is nice.
Anything not sold by the barter (event items, certain gear/decor, relics and more) I’ll use the lowest market den price. For crystalline or exclusive dyes, the lowest price won't matter, those are sufficient for any tier and meet any of their minimums.

Some items I have values on: Toucan feathers, 100 mush each. Any relic piece sellable to montak - 3 mushrooms.

Tiers:

You must give the minimum amount for your tier. You can gift however much you want, but you are not likely to receive the same value of a gift in return.
Tier 1: 50 - 100 mushroom value. Minimum: 50
Tier 2; 100 - 500 mushroom value. Minimum: 100
Tier 3; 500 - 2,000 mushroom value. Minimum: 500
Tier 4; 2,000+ mushroom value. Minimum: 2,000

Signing Up - CLOSED
Sign up with the form or PM me with what tier and if you are volunteering. You can also post in the forum. If you just want to volunteer or if you decide you don’t want to participate after entering, send me a PM. You may use alternate accounts, but do not enter the same Tier. No need to post anything in the forum to sign up if you are doing a different method.
Packs signed up, make sure your form actually submits, it may take a few seconds for it to appear on the sheet. Please check this before trying again if you get any errors.

Volunteering:

By selecting this, you will still get to participate as usual. If someone does not receive their gift, I'll message you to see if you're still available for the role. You will not receive anything in return if you give to the person, just give them something, matching their tier value and carry on with your day. I will not assign you more than one person. If you select Tier 4, that means that I could also message you about any tier in lesser value.

I have permission from Venn to do this and permission from Eve for using google forms. If you want to do your own, I believe you'll have to ask Venn.
