How indepth do you want this to be? Because, are we looking at just a brief general plot/background or are we going full into the "this is exactly what you are/are not allowed to do, this is what's there (like precisely)" etc etc.?

=> Depending on how indepth we're going, the more indepth we go the tighter and stricter the rules are. So before we rash off and do tings like that, on a scale of 1-10 (one being something you'd find where they give you a bit of background and a bit of stuff that's going on, ten being like the most realistic and set-up thing ever) how far along the scale are we going?

Because the further along the scale above we go,
