| Usually it's an option but it's late at night and my town isn't safe at night- usually I'd play badminton but the place I go to is closed and doesn't open till Monday which is essentially tomorrow at my current time |

| Whew im not sure I have good advice either, I get very heated too and it usually involves me scream cussing at whatever or whoever, so what I do to try my best to avoid that is screaming as hard and delebrite as you can into a pillow, drawing while listening to music pretty much all i got :/ since running isnt an option |
