How do you code a color palette?

I was just wondering if anyone could explain how to make a color palette. I don't know the first thing about code so it might be really difficult for me, I was just curious. And if I do learn how to do it I was thinking about making F2U color palettes and maybe selling a few. Idk first I need to know how to make them.

Go to Pack > Pack Activities > Manage Palettes

In the Edit Palette Code, choose default

It will copy the default CSS to the editor.

The #xxxxxx are the colors in hex code, you edit the hex code (the color picker at the top is helpful)
