You aren't allowed to change factions during the FMC, otherwise the item could be exploited, probably that's why it's not working. I think you'll be able to use it tomorrow when the competition is over.

yep one of the rules a few weeks or months ago it was changed so that you can't use Glacier to change allegiance during the FMC as players can take advantage of that to win. |
