How do people steal your food?

Hi.

I was wondering how that specific feature of the game works. Can people steal your food only if they come across your den when exploring? Or is there another, more deliberate way? Because if so, there's a certain someone who's been stealing bits and pieces of my food very frequently.

Your food can get stolen if it is unburied. Other users cannot choose if they steal things from you, it is random. This is from raiding dens in explore and you don't have control over who you end up stealing from. Animals will also steal food.

I recommend burying your prey with the most feedings, while leaving the rest out.
