I used to have 131 paws up. Then I logged on and had only 130. I just ignored the issue at the time, thinking I had imagined it. But today I logged on and there was only 129 paws.

It happens from accounts deleting

Yes. When accounts get deleted, all history of them is terminated. Your paws up disappear hence wise.
