Disclaimer: I'm not sure if anything below has been posted before, and honestly I'm not sure if these are actually bugs or working as intended and should be posted as suggestions instead. These are actually a handful of issues but I've kept them together so as not to spam the forum, I also have a hunch they have the same root cause.
Issue one:
Here's one of my studs, who has been at the top of the Total Times Bred leaderboard since before I got him (and still is as of this post), but I haven't received the Top 10, Top 5, or #1 awards for him at all on my den page. He's old enough that the death script could claim him any week, and I would love to get these awards for him before he dies.

Issue two:
Breeding/battle/mush and other wolf leaderboard awards do not update when the name of the wolf is changed. This leads to some unsightly award names and can't be associated with a renamed wolf unless you check that wolf's page specifically. An example is my female here with Times Bred awards.
Issue three:
After a wolf changes ownership, if it gains awards it has already gained in the past, these are added to the wolf's page as new instances, and results in duplicates of the award on the page. Shown here on this battle wolf.
I believe the lack of name updates on awards is the root of most of this, I would love to see these fixed as soon as practical. If, in the meantime, a mod would be able to help me manually fix the names of my awards and delete multiples from the wolves' pages, that would be wonderful!
