I wanted to make a gif with Flipaclip. ^^
But what site do I need to post the finished product on? It must be allowed on this site or I'll not use it.
Because I cannot seem to upload videos?

It should. I use imgbb for gifs all the time. My current gif avatar and gif banner were both uploaded with imgbb
