Name: Birusk Crynyd (Birusk means 'lightning' in Kurdish)

Race: clear-winged fairy

Appearance: Birusk is an older-looking fairy, but he doesn't look old if you know what I mean. His hair is short, hanging to, but not below, his ears. His hair slightly resembling the color of a storm cloud, with one strip of white sticking out on the right side of his face. This white strip of hair is slightly longer than the rest of his hair. Birusk's eyes are a similar grey to his hair, with thin, yellow/white veins, which you only notice if you're looking for. Birusk is a well-built fairy. He stands at 5'2", with neither a slim, nor bulky body. If you had to pick between slim or bulky, Birusk leans more towards the slim side.

Birusk prefers clothing tailored to his body. No one can make the mistake that Birusk is anything but serious, looking just at his clothes. Most of what Birusk wears, colorwise, resembles his power. Dark clothes with yellow/white accents. Birusk wears a simple necklace, hidden beneath his clothing. Don't ask him about it.

Personality: In short, Birusk is a cranky old politician. He is very serious about his job, and, pretty much everything. Birusk is not known for letting loose. If your lucky, he might smile at you. Keyword, might. Don't expect a smile from Birusk, and savor it if he does. A more common reaction is a grunt of approval or a half-hearted 'good job.'

Outside the job, not much changes. Birusk currently lives alone and is rather reclusive. Busybodies annoy Birusk quite easily, as do strangers knocking on his door. Friends are a little more welcome, so long as it's at a reasonable hour. Don't try to visit Birusk in the middle of the night.

Seeing as Birusk is on the Fairy Council, he is fairly smart and experienced. He is skilled in every aspect, except making others happy, or pleasing the population.

Name: Pareeya Rai (Peri) ( Pareeya means 'Beauty' in Syrian)

Appearance: Peri is an old but young-looking fairy, Her hair is very long reaching to her waist. Her hair is light blue with streaks of white in it. Peri's eyes are pale ice blue that have streaks of black in it. Peri is a little fairy, she stands at 4'7".She used to be very muscular in her younger years (about 230 years) and hasn't lost some of the muscle. She is quite slim even though people call her "Jolly Plum Perri".

Perri prefers clothing that are handmade by her. She wears all colors even sometimes a black robe dress with stripes of yellow,electric blue and white. Peri wears colorful clothes usually colorful and bright robes. She has bracelets and bangles all up her arm. The first one woven rainbow bracelet) symbolizes life then a plaited blue,black,silver and white bracelet symbolized her soul then the silver bangle that lies in a locked portable safe is the one which she will only put on when she know it is time to go. She has two of each of the bracelets so they can be in each arm. The rest of the bangles and bracelets are made by her or gifted from someone she has so many that I can't say or describe how many she has.

Personality: Peri is a bright and logical think-out-of-the -box kind of politician. She can be serious about her job but most of the time she is serious enough to not be giggling away like a child in a summer's day. If you get on the bad side of her, you may get a stern "Behave NOW!" Or a " Oh lighten up will you and smile" or "Lets not get on a bad start shall we and let's not argue" Are all typical sayings from Peri. She usually smiles or nods at you and a friend would be rare. (If Birusk and Her see together they seem an unlikely pair but sometimes Peri slightly lightens his day.)

As Peri is on the Fairy Council, she thinks outside the box but also can think logically and fairly. She is quite smart but can get her mind muddled if her brain is already loaded with thoughts to think about. Peri is quite experienced, she is slightly skilled in every aspect, and tries to speak for the kingdom. She puts the people of the kindo first in the choices she makes in the counsel. She like making others happy, or pleasing the population.

Wing Type and Description: Peri had beautiful and rare butterfly wings. Her wings are of the description of a Palos Verdes Blue butterfly. Velvety light blue with an outline of black, yet if you touch it is as rough as bark if she doesn't want you touching her wings but if she doesn't mind they are as soft as well velvet.

Birusk- Is it ok if this is her boyfriend or husband?

Backstory: Pareeya was born into the kingdom to two parents (If someone doesn't Pm to be parents I will have to make the characters up) and kind of saw Birush and had a crush in him for ages (if they are together yay). She also recommends books to Raven and tries to talk to Draco. She helps the young fairies learn and discovered worlds inside books. Although when she is called she is in the Meeting room and straight into her work mind.
