"Well River," he said, a smile forming on his face, "You'll have plenty of time to play." He said, he got into another play bow, hoping to invite her to play, "and who knows?" He added with a big smile. "You may never have to leave." With that he ran up to River and nudged her playfully, then turn and ran towards the other side of camp, just like he had done before.

She tilts her head at what Hondo said. What does he mean by never leaving? She was taken out of her thoughts when. She was nudged. Seeing him ran to the other side like what he did before. She got up as she ran after him, if he's teaching her how to play, she will learn.

Hondo gave a small smile as the pup ran after him. "Your getting the hang of it River." He said, his smile growing. "Just have fun." He slowened his pace, enough for River on her small puppy legs to catch up. He stopped suddenly, play bowed quickly, and rolled on his back, inviting River to wrestle.

River huffed as she paused, "Why are you on your back? Momma said that tummy shouldn't be shown. Easy target." As she was confused. Meanwhile, Snow was slowly coming back to her senses.

He rolled back over, the frown still on his face. He let out of huff of disappointment. "You've never wrestled?" He asked in disbelief, then shook gis head. "Nevermind. I think your mother's awake now, lets go see her." He gave a half hearted smile, then walked back towards the medics den.

River shook her head, "No. Running away from pack wolves and loners wasn't the time for play." She yips happily as she heard what Hondo says at the last part. She runs following the alpha wolf. Snow blinks her eyes groggily as she looks where she was at. Her eyes immediately widened when she couldn't find her pup. Snow trys getting up as she gave off a growl.

Hondo entered the den to find a snarling mother wolf. His eyes widened in shock, but he didnt move, and held up his tail in dominance. He wasnt going to let her do that in his own home. He knew exactly why she was upset. Her pup. River came in happily just behind Hondo. "I havent hurt her," he said. "I promise. I was just playing with her."

Snows eyes saw her pup, River as she run over to her mother. Snow didn't bother looking at Hondo as her main focused was on her pup. Checking to make sure that she was okay, before laying back down as her growling subsided. River was picked up by Snow as the mother put her pup against her stomach. Snow finally looked up at Hondo who had his tail up in dominance. "Playing? She hasn't known that. Either have I."

"Well," Hondo said, his topaz eyes boring into the mother wolf's, "anyone can learn. And so can you." He finished. He was about to go back out to perform his Alpha duties before he turned around once more. "You are welcome to stay for as long as you want, and I havent caught your name yet." He said, aiming the question at the mother wolf. He stood there, a look of question but also small concern.

Snow stared into the eyes of Hondo with her pale blue ones. Shaking her head at the 'learning how to play' wasn't for her, she's a mother and a loner. She protects her pup, River and teach her how to survive just like her own mother did. She slowly got up when she saw Hondo walking away but paused as she heard his voice again. "We won't be staying, but thanks for the offer. Loners and Pack aren't anything, we are enemies." As she picks up River, limping out of the den. River yips from being picked up by her Mom. She spoke through the pup in her mouth. "Snow." As she brushed past the alpha wolf.
