Chloe jumps when she hears a harsh voice. She had thought she was alone out here. Nervously she looked around until she spots the source. There's a guy about her age that seemingly came out of nowhere. "I'm not lost, just exploring!" She calls back.

"Exploring? It is a little dark out. And there are monsters in these woods." I chuckle. "I'm Asher, you?" I stalk up the hill to look at the new comer. I smile and finger the flashlight on my belt. |

"Oh I'm not too afraid of monsters. It's not like they exist after all," she said shrugging. After a moments hesitation, she then spoke again. "I'm Chloe, it's nice to meet you," The woman then stared at him as he came up the hill, trying to decide what to make of him.

Monsters don't exist? Nosence. "Well, let me walk you to work anyway. Packaging is on my way. Monster exist." I say. Hasn't she heard the rumers? Never mind. Shut up brain. I smile as if those thoughts never existed. |

She scoffs at his mention of monsters, but reluctantly nods. "Fine walk me to work." Chloe momentarily wonders how he knew where she worked, then remembered about her uniform. She was still curious about why he was in the woods, but decided not to ask

I walk briskly, keeping an eye on the forest. I glance at my clothes wrinkeled, again. Uggggggg......... I duck under a branch and hold it aside for Chloe. [Sorry about the small post] |

She keeps walking, trying her best to keep up with the males long strides. She starts to call out to him, softening her voice at the end of the sentence. "Hey, can you slow down?" Suddenly he pauses to hold a branch aside for her. She gives him a thanks, momentarily startled. |

I let her pass, then resume walking a little slower. Now, I can feel the wind, and not moving as much gives it a colder feeling. I pull my arms closer to my body. I knew I should have brought a jacket. |
