i smile tiredly how did i deserve this amazing mate i have i think.

i sleep for a very long time and i wake up to a cold wind blowing into the den. i stand up and i almost yelp. my leg was stiff and it hurt

"You good? When do you think the pups will come?" I ask the questions and help with her stiff leg

im ok... i don't know... hopefully once spring comes... i really don't want to raise them in winter... but... do you think we have enough territory to have a pack?

"No I still have to mark territory and in a few hours we should be good." I say and stand beside her nuzzling her neck every so often

yea your right... why don't you do that... il stay here i nuzzle him back

I smile and go mark more territory.
After a few hours I come back to a sleeping Shiloh. I walk up to her and nuzzle her laying down

i yawn and nuzzle him back before i put my head down and fall asleep again.

in the days that followed i stayed in the den more and more, cay would hunt for the two of us and he would bring food to me. the days began to grow longer and my stomach was getting bigger with the pups

i wake up with the pain in my leg again. the herbs were not helping. and i knew i would have it for the rest of my life. i tried to hide it from cay not walking far anymore. i was getting old and although i was pregneat with the pups i knew that cay was worried about me.

"Let's take a break." I say to her one day and stop pacing in the middle of the den." We are gonna stay here and not move any longer."

i nod tiredly laying down. then i feel it. i hunch over in pain leting out a yelp

"What's happening?" I ask you helping her or trying to but I don't know what to do
