Moonlight dipped her head and began to make her way towards home. On the way, she spotted two rabbits. How lucky! She thought. I could use a snack. And I'll bring the other back to camp. Moonlight crouched low to the ground, running her tongue over her fangs in anticipation. She got closer....closer...until she pounced, almost catlike, on one of the rabbits, then snapped its neck. The other rabbit scurried away.

"Oh, no you don't!" Moonlight snarled, chasing after it. But she wasn't paying attention and tripped over a root, landing clumsily.

"Argh..." Moonlight groaned in pain. Never mind, looks like I'll have to wait for a snack. She limped back to where she had left the other rabbit, and picked it up, heading for home.

Volcan was taking it easy getting ready to go to sleep but she also didn't see one of her own pack members at the den and she got worried

solar padded over to his mate laying bye her "love what wrong you look worried"

"Moon hasn't returned yet and im scared something or someone has captured her." Volcan said still scanning the area in search of moon "where are you moon?" Volcan asked herself

She bounds around Moose eagerly, sniffing at the fresh prey in his jaws. She almost trips him a few times before he sets down the hare. She snatches it up and takes it to her father to share.

Volcan closed her eyes for the night hopeing moon would make it back by morning Volcan was fast asleep dreaming about what well no one really knows its scattered her past her father was a mountain wolf her mother volcano she has the blood of both packs but if her mate ever found out no telling what he would do too her

Ohano noticing that Trackstar is not around, starts to worry for it is getting late, she hasn't been seen for a couple of hours and everyone else is just finishing up dinner.

Trackstar who hasn't been paying any attention to the time, is trotting 100 yards away from the border watching the volcano pack, her curiosity peaked with a hint of excitement and sacredness.

She, really wanting to go be friends, remembers her interaction with Ember and sighs knowing that it's not very likely to become friends now that something bad happened between them, and despite her thoughts, decides to walk a little closer to the border, pushes through the bushes and sits down about 50 yards away making sure she is visible but not scary looking as she is halfway in the shadows.

Moonlight limped through the forest, trying to put as little weight possible on her left back leg, which she thought might be sprained. Just my luck, Moonlight thought, wincing in pain. At least it's not broken, though...I think. I'll have to have the medic check it out when I get to camp...At least I still have this rabbit. But I better get back to camo quick, another predator might want it, and I'm in no position to fight... She tried to avoid the thought.

Eventually, she saw the camp up ahead. Oh, thank goodness. She let out a relieved sigh. Moonlight was just about to make it when she collapsed. "No...I have to...make it..." She panted, but thought, No, the pack will find me here... That was her last thought before she lost consciousness.

Volcan could tell something was wrong something felt different she got up and started to look around she felt startled but she didn't know why she felt this way
