Noctem nodded and gave a small smile, tryign to forget about his family for the moment. "I have to agree, this is a pleasant little spot," he said. At Black-Sun's comment, he tilted his head, staring at her for a moment, then nodded. "Ah, you must be from the North," he observed. "I've heard it's colder up there." Noctem looked around. "The climate is pretty similar here to what is was back at my old pack," he said. "Although it's a little cooler here."

Black-Sun nodded. "Up north there are blizzards a lot. In summer it's barely warm enough to swim. I liked it up there though. It was home. This place is much warmer though. I always liked seeing these flowers bloom. We rarely had flowers due to the cold." She said, looking at some flowers just a few feet away. She liked the north. Now it was long gone and this was her home. She liked this place though. It was much warmer and you could actually be in the water without your fur freezing.

Red-Star looked up. He saw Katie lay down by the river just about 7 yards away. Red-Star stood up and breathed in. "I hope this goes well." he thought, picking up the fish. He walked over towards Katie, trying to hide his limp. He dropped the fish in front of her and said, "Katie, I'm sorry about earlier. I know that I said we were just friends...but...we aren't. I mean I don't want us to be just friends. I..I like you, Katie. I really care about you...and I hope you feel the same about me." Surprisingly, Red-Star didn't shake and he only stuttered a few times. He watched Katie, fearing for the worst but hoping for the best.

Katie/4/Alpha/F

Katie looked up at Red-star shocked and then gave a warm smile. Katie says "You made me sad back there when you said that because I like you too." Katie took the fish. She started to eat while watching Red-Star.

Michael/Beta/M/4

Michael would tense when he felt wieght on his back. As Kayori said Hi he would loosen up and say "Hey." He would roll her on to her back and kiss her multiply times on the muzzle.

Kayori smiled a bit and then gets off him. She would sit down next to him. "what are you doing over her?" she would ask him tilting her head sidways. Kayori would watch him as she waited for a reply.

Red-Star's ears folded back and he said, "I'm sorry for making you sad. I just said it because I was afraid that you wouldn't like me back. Now I know. Mates?" He said, his fur growing warm. He was glad that Katie liked him too. She also seemed to like the fish. Red-Star smiled kindly, waiting for Katie to answer.

Noctem smiled and nodded. "As a pup, I was always told how harsh conditions were in the north," he said. "But of course, being a pup, I wanted to go adventuring to the north. I did try, but after one day, I gave up returned to my pack. My parents were furious that I had tried to leave." Noctem smiled at the memory, then nodded at Black-Sun's comments. "Yes, the flowers closer to the south bloom for longer and they are quite stunning. Even though I've grown up around them, they' never cease to amaze me." Noctem looked over and spotted Red-Star talking to Katie and tilted his head. "Looks like Katie's back," he said.

Katie felt her fur grow hot like summer and says "Mates." Katie stood up and looked at red-star and says " Don't hide your limping I know you hurt yourself. " She gave Red-star a stern look.

Michael says "I was looking for you." He looked at Kayori and gave her one last kiss and then sat down. He asked " Where were you? "

Black-Sun turned her head to see Katie and Red-star talking. Black-Sun tried to hold her excitement in. She couldn't stop wagging her tail though. She was just so happy. They seemed to have forgiven each other and Red-Star looked as confident as ever. "I think Red-Star finally told Katie that he liked her. Good job." Black-Sun smiled turning back toward Noctem. "If you'd like, you can go talk to her for a while. I'll just be here." Still smiling, Black-Sun was excited for Red-Star to tell her how it went and what he did. She knew to wait though, hoping that it wouldn't be long before he told her.

Kayori smiles and replied, "I was at a pond". She stands up and stretched. Kayori looks over at Michael and then said, "we should start heading back".
