There were whispers of a sickness that was brought by something unknown. Many lives were lost. With no idea where it came from so the humans decided to move you however a raging storm knocked your crate off the truck and in a unknown place.

You soon learn that once what was a beautiful forest is silent and almost empty. You need to survive not only the possible sickness but a threat, a danger that lurks to strike. To stay together or try to leave is up to you but can you survive?

Wild Felines
They have grown up in the wild and any that were cubs when they arrived had adapted. All sorts have made their homes from in tall grass to the caves in the mountains. Dangerous and unknown. Friend or Foe?

Lost Felines
Once with humans but ended up in the wilderness. They will have to learn to survive. How to hunt, how to know what is safe and how to know friend from foe? To stay together or leave is up to them.

Rosetta/Lioness/Mentions:
Her head was pounding as she growled while taking the area around her in. It was daylight and she could see more crates with most likely other felines but when she made her way over to her own only to realize that it was damaged. Her eyes scanned for her friend then felt relief when she saw the cheetah pacing.

Rosetta couldn't hear anything but she stood proud as she tried to think. The humans most likely haven't noticed the crates have fallen and she doesn't know if the sickness had followed them here.

Her ear twitched with the realization that hit her, 'where was here?'

Enzi/African Lion/Mentions: Open

Enzi had never felt so disoriented in his life. It was difficult enough finding out he would have to leave the one home he had known for his whole life, leave his parents behind. But now?

Now, Enzi awoke, slowly at first, then suddenly, a panic flaring in his chest. He tried to recall what had happened, but it was a whirlwind in his memory. In a sense, a literal whirlwind, as he remembered the intense rattling and flurry of motion, unable to see through the tarp covering his cage. That same cage being ripped from the restraints of the transport truck. He didn't remember an impact, but some time must have passed since then.

The tarp, he realized, was gone. Daylight streamed in through the bars of his cage creating a lattice of shadow against his golden pelt. Parts of the cage had dented, likely from impacting the ground, as well as the tree Enzi's cage was now resting against. Rolling onto his stomach and paws, Enzi slowly took in the scenery around him. Other crates dotted the wilderness around him, and movement near them had him freezing, ducking his head low.

Enzi had known the truck he was on had made multiple stops along his journey, and various sounds had informed him he was not the only animal aboard the truck. He just hadn't thought it a possibility he would be meeting those he had been forced to travel with.

Pulling his gaze away, Enzi looked to the door of his cage. The wirey mesh was bent and torn, leaving the cage door awkwardly hanging on one hinge. One good shove, and he'd be a free lion. But then what? Mind racing, Enzi was frozen in place, indecision leaving him a statue behind thin metal bars.

Delta/ Clouded Leopard / f/ M: open
Delta climbed down the truck of a large tree, she jumped off a few feet up landing in the wet grass below. She shook out her soaked fur, sending droplets of water flying in all directions. She couldn't find any food last night thanks to the storm, she was hungery though so she might as well try again now.
She walked at a steady pace, trying to find some decent prey to hunt. Though she wouldn't be surprised if everything was still hiding from that storm. Inevitably some of the best spots would probably be flooded and she didn't want to go to far away from her current area in case she ran into a bigger and more territorial cat.

She caught a faint scent in the air, it was unfamiliar , didnt smell like what a typical prey animal would smell like but she might as well go check it out.

Atlas | Black Leopard | Open
Atlas felt his body tense, breath picking up as the walls closed around him. The box was rather small, and having been tossed and turned was enough to cause him to hurl a few times. He'd lost track of his friend, Muck, who he silently hoped was nearby. Wherever he was being taken, he was almost positive it couldn't be good. Men. Terrible. The lot of them. Do your best to never cross paths with these animals, or you just may never see your home again. His mother's words sunk deeply into the back of his mind as he attempted to sit, but to no avail. His claws dug into the harsh wood of the crate as he listened to the humming of the wind outside, bracing himself for any bumps in the road.

His stomach churned uncomfortable as he closed his eyes, as thought that would make a difference for anything. All his sight allowed was for him to see very dim light in the brightest parts of the day, but based off of the clashing of thunder and spitting rain, he was sure it was darker than expected. Hours seemed to pass by, the weather following suit and shifting completely. Soon enough, he could feel the minor warmth of the sun beaming down on his black coat and Atlas tried again to scratch at the walls around him. Nudging at any crevices he could find to escape.

"Atlas! Atlas, don't worry!" a familiar voice came from outside, the black leopard's heart skipping a beat and quickening as he leaned against the box,

"Muck? Muck, is that you?" There was a chitter in response, jumping a bit as he heard the sharp tap of feet landing right above him.

"I'm here buddy. I'm gonna get you out of here," the blue jay replied pridefully. Now, how on Earth is he going to- His thoughts were cut short as he heard a hard snap and felt the crate tilting. His limbs stretched out and he clenched his teeth together as he went falling down to the ground, the impact causing Atlas to brace himself the best he could.

"Ah, perfect. Here's the latch," Muck announce, the door creaking open to reveal a very discombobulated Atlas. His body swayed for a moment before he came to his senses, brows furrowing as he tested the door. Finding the open air greeting him, he felt a truimphant bound inside of him as he leapt forward towards the bird. "Whoa! Easy there, you're gonna take some of my feathers with you," flying to a higher advantage point, the bird silenced himself as Atlas rolled about in the dusty dirt.

"Where are we Muck?" Atlas called, tossing his weight to the side to lie on his belly as he raised his head towards his friend's direction.

"It's...not good...there's a lot of them. More..." there was a hesitation as he spoke, and a nervousness behind his words that Atlas hardly ever heard from him. Picking himself up to his feet again, the black leopard frowned and listened, ears perking forward to gage the environment. The area sounded...almost hollow, as though there was no life to offer. But there was movement from almost every direction and Atlas padded forward.

"More what, Muck?" he questioned, fearing some sort of fight. The blue jay fluttered down to pehc upon his shoulder, whispering,

"Cats. B-Big cats...M-Maybe not the best place for a bird..." he stuttered, lowering himself out of fear.

"Let's just figure out why they're here first," Atlas offered, starting forward and making sure to keep a distance from where the sounds were coming from, letting Muck guide him amongst the new environment.

Azucena/Female Snow Leopard/Mentions: Open
She left her den a while ago because she was getting restless as she began tracking some prey. She was grateful for the quiet though it can be unnerving sometimes with barely any life.

She caught the scent of more Big cats. Here? They must have been insane to stay around. She could smell something else but it was confusing. It wan't feline or prey. No it was something different but she won't focus on that for now.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Oleander/Female cheetah/Mentions: Open
This forest was interesting but it was so lifeless, so empty and it made the cheetah uneasy. She began walking back and forth before hearing a relief sound from Rosetta.

The cheetah caught the scent of a male lion though she only recongized the smell of of a lion due to her friend. There were other felines but she wasn't sure what they were. No cheetahs but that didn't concern Oleander though it did put her at a disadvantage.

"Rosette. We should get moving becausing staying around wouldn't be much help to us", she called to her friend though if humans had been around then it would have sounded like a chirp.

Delta/ clouded leopard/ f/ M: All lost felines ( Ind.)
As Delta tracked the scent she noticed it smelled more and more like cats, but there was something else there to.

She continued walking. Delta was near the old road now. A long strip of dark material that huge things raced past, making the area around it smell like smoke and scaring away pretty much anything with their noise as they moved.

Delta noticed large boxes laying to the side of the road. That was stranger than usual for this place. A couple of cats where around the boxes, she didn't recognize the species of them.

Rosetta/Lioness/Mentions: Delta (indirectly), other lost felines (indirectly)
She thought she was being watched though she wasn't sure but she glanced at Oleander who appeared to have noticed though was looking in a different direction. Rosetta didn't know who was watching but unless they had information then what she and and her friend were doing weren't their concern.

"You can't possibly think that other felines are lost", said Rosetta in disbelief watching her friend.

"There is a chance", answered the cheetah with her eyes looking around, "Either way we should be moving".

Rosetta let out a roar hoping to scare off anyone watching and get the attention of anyone lost. She heard Oleander sigh.

"If your amazing roar doesn't work then we are moving", said Oleander walking over to find some place to rest or get the scent of hopefully some prey.

Enzi/African Lion/Metions: Rosetta (indirectly)

A ferocious roar cut through the eerie quiet of the wilderness, causing Enzi to shrink further into his cage. He knew that sound, the sound of another lion. But here? And so close? Had there been other lions on the transport truck?

Now wasn't the time to ponder the past. Out here, he couldn't possibly predict what or who he would run into. But sitting in this cage could turn out to be dangerous, especially if that roar was meant as a warning. Enzi looked over the cage door once more.

I have to try something, he reasoned with himself, transitioning into a crouch near the back of the cage. One breath, two breaths, then a lunge. Enzi sprang forward, ramming his shoulder into the cage door. The impact resounded with a shuddering clang, and he winced, both at the pain that followed the impact at his shoulder and the noise that was certainly too audible. Turning back to the door, Enzi saw the door now awkwardly bent like the rest of his cage, one corner of it peeled down. Had he been a smaller cat, he could maybe squeeze through.

Now the clock was ticking. The longer he delayed, the more likely Enzi would draw attention in his direction. He had to get out of this cage. Now.
