1. One wolf must be related to the founding alphas (Dawnstep/Talonstar)

2. Wolves rarity 15 or lower must be sold or auctioned, the only exceptions are descendants of the founders and special defects/boosts

3. Ony 5-6 males can be permanent members at any given time (excluding the Alpha and Beta Male, along with any Battle Wolves)

4. Breeding must be staggered in groups of 2-3 (so there's no overcrowding)

5. Never retire a wolf (without reason)
