| Puddin, Usually saltines but it's been a week since I ate meat so I'm eating Chicken in a Biskit crackers for a little protein and also because I've seen my family members eat enough of these to know they make people constipated. |

| Ill try and make myslef go to sleep again here real soon. I just took a shower and am eating a small amount of crackers so my stomach isn't mad at me for eating but also not mad at me for abstaining. |

| Puddin, Honestly, that's probably why my GI tract is so crap. I've never had good sleep in my life since I was really little. I have insomnia to the point my mom was getting up in the morning for daycare with a cup of coffee and cold wet rag on my face. |
