All art was done by me :) About the PackI have not completely decided the origins of this pack but I do have a basic outline of their history. One day some kids were playing with lighters in the woods behind their house. The fire got out of hand and the woods caught on fire. They told the police/Fire department but they never said who did it. At this point it was spreading rapidly and the kids house had gone up in flames. Soon it spread to wolf pack territory. The people tried to stop it but I was taking too long. Many wolves were killed but a few escaped their territory. Nyx left her pack carrying War and Peace who were pups at the time. She found Eirto who carried War from that point on. While they were running they found Calla with Sorrel and Flicker. The wolves joined together and continued to run. Calla was leading because of her lighter coat. Suddenly through the smoke she seemed to disappear along with Sorrel and Flicker. Eirto and Nyx stopped, still holding the pups, confused. They heard three splashes and then barks. The three wolves had fallen into a ravine with a river at the bottom. They were telling them to jump, assuming they would be safe from the fire near water.. Eirto and Nyx gripped the pups as tightly as they could, their lives did depend on it. They jumped blindly into the ravine. As soon as they hit cold water they swam towards the barks of their new packmates. Once on shore they howled as loud as they could. The Noise echoed against the cliff side. They howled for hours hoping any other survivors nearby would hear them. Only one wolf showed up and that was Ripley. They laid in the Ravine by the water throughout the night. The next day the humans had put out the remaining fire. The new pack walked downstream until the walls lessened in height and the river turned into a creek. Once the walls ended they followed the creek to a pond in a small clearing in the woods. This would be their new camp. After settling down they sat to discuss the roles of each wolf and the pack name. They decided on ECHO CREEK because of the echos their voices made in the ravine and creek that led them to their new home. They wanted the name to symbolize their history.
