| Bjake </3 eek okok I'm not entirely sure. Normally laying on my back helps, evens out of the weight and takes off the pressure of sitting or standing upright. Avoid inflammatory food like sugars etc, it will make it worse. |

Unfortunately, due to some personal life things, I will not be on much -- or at all -- for the foreseeable future. I will try to log in on occasion to keep the account alive, but it's unlikely that I will see any messages or anything. I'll not be doing commissions or RPs because I don't want people waiting months on something that may not come.
