There's a 1 in 5 chance a pack that appears is one of your rivals, but I haven't found anything saying those chances increase

Create and Manage Custom Ranks for your pack. You can create defaults as well as assign ranks to a wolf. You can also assign a rank on the Wolf Page and override the default.

Custom Ranks are cosmetic only. They do not affect game mechanics.

If you want to set an individual rank, create it here as None and set it on your Wolf's Page.
