i mean it all depends on how much CP your wolves have; they have to consistently be making kills / finding mush. i'd say around level 10-13 but i've made profit on lower levels too

You can explore elsewhere after you reach Forest Level 10. I personally find Forest more for BE Training wolves than anything.
