Wolf Play - Online Wolf Game!

One of my wolves is fully maxed on CP and has over 900 battle experience (+36 damage) but still continues to only deal 25 damage per hit.

This is not during weather events, and he is 101 pounds, so his damage should only be decreased by -2.

Is there a cap on battle damage? He's been at 25 for the past 200 battle experience.
