exactly what penguin and cae said. ai is used in the medical field, but not the same kind of ai as chatgpt and such. they don't know the nuances of the situation or of what it's trying to diagnose and couod easily get it wrong. same reason why people tell you not to google your symptoms because it'll tell you you have cancer or something just because you have a headache

i mean medical databases exist for a reason, things like pubmed and such. i'd rather a human diagnose me via a medical database than an ai guessing it

That’s how I feel. I do think it should be fed a shit ton of medical data though because maybe it can draw some conclusions from so much info that a human couldn’t remember. But it needs lots of improvement

yeah i agree, but i imagine it'd be quite hard to moderate because of how realistic ai images generation has gotten, and writing would probably have to be included under that rule as well, which is even harder to prove that it's ai

the rules against ai images on this site confuse me because i don't even see anything about it in the game rules... i remember at some point it was against the rules, at least.
